Flow Yoga:

Active flowing style class (Vinyasa Yoga). Improves strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility.

Options given in each pose to maintain or challenge your practice. A well-rounded yoga practice emphasizing alignment and breathing.

Yoga:

Levels 1 & 2 for beginners and intermediate level students.

This class is for everyone, especially those who are newer to yoga or anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge.
