Athletic Step & Conditioning:

Heart pounding cardio! This athletically challenging class leaves no body untouched. We train on and off the platform to deliver an intense thorough workout. Bring your horsepower!

Body Attack:

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Body Combat:

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. No experience needed.

Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Body Pump:

For anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

Fit & Fall Proof:

Designed to help senior citizens prevent injuries and the subsequent loss of independence.

Class participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, balance and endurance, which can help prevent the accidental falls and tripping sometimes associated with age.

Floor Strength & Stretching:

The focus is gently strength exercises using your own body weight and resistance to strengthen core and muscle groups for strength, balance and stability.

Flow Yoga:

In the Yoga Studio. Active flowing style class (Vinyasa Yoga). Improves strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility. Options given in each pose to maintain or challenge your practice. A well-rounded yoga practice emphasizing alignment and breathing.

Ripped:

A 45-minute weight lifting program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

RPM:

An indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Silver Fitness:

20 minutes of gentle cardio exercises and 20 minutes of strength training.

Spinning:

While pedaling your stationary bike you’ll run, jump, climb, sprint and SWEAT! Your way to a new level of cardio FITNESS! This isn’t your typical stroll in the park— You’ll demand things from your body that you never knew possible!

Yoga:

Levels 1 & 2 for beginners and intermediate level students. This class is for everyone, especially those who are newer to yoga or anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge.

Zumba:

Working has never been known to be much fun UNTIL NOW!!!

Zumba® Latin Dance-Fitness fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term health benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in 45 minutes of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements!

Warrior Workout:

Do not be intimidated by the name! this class is as easy or hard as you make it – all levels of fitness are welcome. This class combines weights with cardio for a HIIT style class. One hour of power packed fun and work.
